With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Alvaro founded American River Framing, LLC, bringing his expertise and commitment to every project. As the driving force of the company, he manages estimating, job sites, crew & sub-contractors, and works with clients to bring their visions to life. 

A sports enthusiast, he enjoys playing in a men’s baseball league, golfing, and cheering on the A’s and Raiders.

Kathy brings 25+ years of college administrative and management experience leading teams. She manages front and back end company processes, preparing proposals, managing HR & payroll, finances (including AR/AP), insurance and compliance.  

In her free time, she relaxes by cooking, reading, listening to musicals, caring for her roses,  and is a die-hard Green Bay Packer fan.
