ORANGE
Residential, Framing, Cement, Siding
This project involved a complete rebuild of an existing 846 ft2 residence, then doubled it in size with an addition of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. After reinforcing the original structure to better withstand Bay Area quakes, the addition started with new cement foundation work to ensure lasting structural integrity. From there, we handled all the structural framing and exterior siding, making sure every detail was solid and up to code.
ORANGE ADU

This detached ADU was built to preserve and extend the original character of the primary residence. We started with new foundation work, followed by detailed framing and siding to ensure a seamless match. The addition blends in perfectly and adds long-term value to the property functionally and visually.
HANS

This project involved full new construction of a two-story home. We began with excavation and poured a strong, level foundation. Framing went up smoothly, with a focus on accuracy and structural integrity across both floors. With tight project management throughout, we delivered a clean, well-executed build the client was thrilled with.
MURDELL

This beautiful build was full new construction of a two-story garage/workshop, featuring large functional work spaces and beautiful sweeping ceilings.
